The Bill (Reg. No4636) suggests amendments to the clause 12 of the Criminal procedural Code of Ukraine, according to which, pretrial investigation is conducted by the prosecutors when the cases on the illegal intervention into the work of the paperwork document control system of the courts take place.
Ion the course of the discussion the Committee members declared that the Bill is aimed at the implementation of the adopted by the Parliament on 5 June 2009 Law "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts regarding the Implementation of the Paperwork Document Control System in the Administrative Courts."
